“Yo conozco tus obras, que ni eres frío ni caliente. ¡Ojalá fueses frío o caliente! Pero por cuanto eres tibio, y no frío ni caliente, te vomitaré de mi boca” (Apocalipsis 3:15 y 3:16)

Los diversos sistemas de producción económica, están regulados por una serie de preceptos bajo los cuales se “rigen” al menos en el discurso para atraer adeptos a su credo. Sin embargo en la realidad, dejan mucho que desear. Pero en el caso de países como México; el sistema es indefinido, no es frio ni caliente; ni capitalista o comunista, socialista. Como mexicanos vivimos en un sistema de producción económica tibia. Al menos en el discurso el Estado mexicano demuestra ser capitalista y sin embargo en el sometimiento de la clase obrera utiliza una mecánica socialista para esclavizarla, de esas que tanto critica el imperialismo; pero ¡Cómo la practican! Y ni siquiera se ejerce el precepto fundamental sino una degeneración de lo que debiera ser el pleno capitalismo.

Me llega a la memoria el recuerdo de una empleada que trabajaba en un restaurante; era de las que mas se esforzaban en su trabajo y se le veía recibir grandes propinas, sin embargo; llegaba a casa con las manos casi vacías, pues al dueño de la empresa se le ocurrió que sus empleados debían vivir en un ambiente solidario y en comuna. Por ello les exigía que juntaran sus propinas y las repartieran de manera equitativa. Ante tal situación surgieron los holgazanes que dejaron de producir para convertirse en simples parásitos. La verdadera intención del empresario era la de conservar a todos sus obreros en la imposibilidad de desarrollo y mantenerlos como esclavos. Lamentablemente perdió a sus mejores empleados y clientes; yéndose así a la bancarrota.

Igualmente ocurre con los empleados de dependencias de gobierno, salud, educación y todo lo que respecte al ambiente administrativo. Ya que lamentablemente estos burócratas saben que trabajen o no su salario esta plenamente etiquetado y por lo tanto esta asegurado. Es por ello que el secretariado de las empresas o dependencias dedica mayor parte de su tiempo a limarse las uñas o platicar con el compañero de al lado. En los hospitales se tiene el descaro por parte de algunos médicos, el llegar tarde y atender a los pacientes que quieran atender, sin importar que le nieguen la atención medica a personas en estado de gravedad. En muchas otras áreas o extractos de la sociedad laboral ocurre el mismo fenómeno social. Y lo pero de todo es que el Estado les destina cantidades millonarias para dichas actividades y ellos simplemente no producen lo esperado.

Lo cierto es que el recurso destinado a salarios se encuentra en crisis; son pocos los obreros a comparación con el resto de los desempleados en los cuales recae tanto dinero y poca la producción que éstos generan. Que ante esta crisis presupuestal salarias, el congreso de la unión en San Lázaro promueve la reforma laboral esclavista. Ésa en la que se busca erradicar el empleo seguro y establecer un mecanismo de “empleo eventual”, quitándole al obrero privilegios legítimos como el derecho a la antigüedad, jubilación, pensión y prestaciones. Convirtiéndose en una reforma que beneficia al sector patronal y esclaviza al obrero. Sin embargo, como ésta no afecta de manera directa a los sindicatos; éstos no hacen nada por alertar a la sociedad obrera. Por el momento el sindicato seguirá siendo cómplice del estado ante esta aberración, pero a largo plazo se arrepentirá de lo que hoy solapa.

El problema real de esta crisis salarial no es otro que el incumplimiento del precepto capitalista, la mala distribución del salario y la falta de competitividad laboral. Las cuales promoverán el tan anhelado desarrollo que requiere el país, que por ende nos traerá consigo, más y mejores empleos. En términos coloquiales: se debe de cumplir con esa frase que establece “mayor producción, mayor ganancia” e “igual producción, igual salario”; lamentablemente el empresario solo ha visto la primera y olvidado la segunda. Es decir, si cada paciente tiene un valor de $50.00 pesos M/N ($5.00 Dólar c/u) y un medico al día simplemente atendió tres pacientes; que su pago sea precisamente de $150.oo M/N y si atendió a veinte, que éste sea el multiplicador de su salario. Una nación que viva en seudo-comunismo o seudo-capitalismo, siempre se perfilara a un enfado social y hacia una revolución.

Igual para la secretaria que llego tarde, el carpintero, tablarroquéro o albañil que perdiera dolo el día con una esquina del proyecto a elaborar en su oficio. Ya estuvo de seguir solapando holgazanes que no producen para el país y que sin embargo si perjudican. Con éste mecanismo se obligara a todo obrero, ejecutivo, empleado, a producir bajo los estándares que requieren las compañías o empresas, dependencias publicas, privadas y de gobierno. Por las condiciones en que nos encontramos, es por ello que instituciones como el IMSS e ISSSTE se convirtieron en monopolios sectoriales (Obrero-magisterial) y como no entran en competitividad; otorgan un pésimo servicio de salud a sus derechohabientes. Exigen miles de millones anuales a la federación y atienden cien pacientes al año, el resto del recurso queda en manos de sus directivas mafiosas. Dinero que bien serviría para otros programas y la generación de más empleos. Cuando todos entremos en el modelo de la competitividad, el país tendera al desarrollo y no volverá a tener problema con el presupuesto salarial.
