Cierto día el maestro Confucio, caminaba junto a sus discípulos cuando toparon con una campesina que sacaba agua del pozo; su rostro mostraba un doloroso pesar. Ante ello el maestro le pregunta –“¿Qué le aflige respetable mujer?”– Ella le responde –“La semana pasada perdí a mi hijo y ayer a mi esposo por los feroces tigres que azotan la región”– a lo que Confucio responde con otra pregunta –“Si las fieras son tan peligrosas ¿Por qué no te mudas de la comunidad con los tuyos?”– Y ella contesta –“Es que el emperador que tenemos, es muy despiadado con el pueblo; que tenemos el temor de cometer alguna imprudencia, merecedora de castigo”–. Él regresa a ver a sus alumnos y les expresa –“¡Han notado que es más fácil vivir con una jauría de tigres que con un gobierno tirano!”–.A principios del mes de Diciembre del Año pasado (2010); los mexicanos fuimos testigos de la brutalidad e impunidad con la que una persona puede arrebatarle la vida a otra, tan solo por exigir justicia ante el artero asesinato de su hija. Exactamente me refiero a la señora Maricela Escobedo Ortiz y solo hasta entonces el gobierno actuó para cesar a los jueces que dejaron en libertad al homicida de su niña. Y con toda la maldita arbitrariedad del mundo, después de estos dos crímenes; todavía hubo la desfachatez de incendiar el negocio de su señor esposo en sinónimo de amedrentación. Hoy toda la familia tuvo que abandonar el país; pidiendo asilo político a EE.UU. ante el temor de que la tristeza toque nuevamente a otro integrante de la misma.
Ante este crimen y bajo la incompetencia de nuestras autoridades mexicana; ocurrió un fenómeno social que perfila un nuevo rumbo de nuestra sociedad. Y fue el ofrecimiento de grupos dedicados al negocio del polvo quienes se ofrecieron a ejercer venganza: solicitando datos de él o los responsables del crimen, para ejecutarlo. Lo que debería de preocupar al Estado mexicano; pues lo que más esta solicitando el pueblo es eso precisamente “justicia”. Por este tipo de ofertas es que el crimen organizado va acaparando terreno y día a día el Estado va perdiendo la guerra. Lo que voy a decir no es nada nuevo; algunos líderes de estos grupos ya lo argumentaron con anterioridad “pues ellos son el resultado de la falta de respuesta, de oportunidades y de ayuda del propio Estado, son los entes olvidados”.
Son hombres y mujeres nacidos en las favelas (barrios pobres) de nuestros países; sufrieron el hambre, la sed y el deseo de una mejor vida. Son personas por las que el Estado no daba ni un peso; pero que hoy ofrece millones por sus cabezas, por convertirse en enemigos del Estado, son personas desconocidas que se fueron formando en las calles y aprendieron el mecanismo de corrupción; ese “código” bajo el que se rige nuestra sociedad, lo asimilaron y ante el hecho de que no les quedaba nada que perder, también perdieron el miedo a la muerte; esa con la que el Estado nos espanta a muchos para seguirnos sometiendo y convirtiéndonos en mano de obra barata (esclavos). Pero esa raza es distinta; saben que el negocio que manejan, les abre las puertas del paraíso y sus lujos. Pues ¡qué funcionario no acepta algunos millones de pesos por ser solapador! Esa es la fragilidad de nuestro Estado y la sepultura de su soberanía.
Ciudad que controlan estos grupos; procuran mantenerla en tranquilidad, sin delincuentes menores para que el negocio prospere y con ello, le brindan seguridad al pueblo. Tan es así que hay comunidades enteran que los protegen y dan la vida por ellos en contra del ejercito mexicano. Poco a poco estos grupos se están “soberaneando” pues el pueblo los comienza a ver y a tratar como gobiernos legítimos. Pues estos grupos hasta han llevado a elección ciudadana las “ejecuciones”; ya que le preguntan a la sociedad a ¿Qué funcionario publico hay que ejecutar por ser corrupto? Y quiérase o no; aun cuando el Gobierno en turno no lo quiera aceptar, esto también es democracia. Así que debemos de preguntarnos si efectivamente el Estado Mexicano esta ganando la guerra contra el crimen organizado o desde cuándo la perdió.
Muy pronto el proyecto que ellos diseñaron; se materializara y no es otro que el de convertir a todo el país, sus estados y ciudades, así como a sus habitantes, en consumidores y distribuidores de su mercancía. Esa película de “El Mariachi” que en su momento pareció una locura, hoy esta próxima a materializarse. Bibliotecas, bares, escuelas, parques y todo tipo de área pública será lugar propicio para la actividad mercantil y con toda la soberanía del pueblo. Pero aquí no hay más culpable que la falta de administración equitativa de nuestros malos gobernantes; pues en vez de preocuparse por una educación de calidad, programas deportivos y fomento a las actividades culturales, así como el impulso al talento, empleos bien remunerados, entre otras y todas libre de drogas. Lo único que le interesa al Estado es buscar al sucesor de la silla presidencial; como esperando a que después de esto, todavía haya país que gobernar sin soberanía.

In early December of last year (2010), Mexicans witnessed the brutality and impunity with which a person can take away the life of another, only to demand justice to the treacherous murder of his daughter. Exactly I mean Mrs. Maricela Escobedo Ortiz and only until then the government moved to dismiss the judges who freed the murderer of her child. And the whole damn world's arbitrariness, after these two crimes, there was still the nerve to fire the business of his wife synonymous with bullying. Today the whole family had to leave the country seeking political asylum in U.S. fearing that sadness again touch another member of the same.
Faced with this crime under the incompetence of our Mexican authorities, took a social phenomenon which outlines a new direction of our society. And it was offering business groups dedicated to dust who offered to engage in revenge requesting data from or responsible for the crime, to run. What should worry the Mexican government, for what most people are requesting is just that "justice." For this type of offer is that organized crime is grabbing land and every day the state is losing the war. What I say is nothing new, some leaders of these groups already argued before, "because they are the result of the lack of response opportunities and help the state itself, are the bodies forgotten."
They are men and women born in the favelas (slums) of our countries have suffered hunger, thirst and desire for a better life. They are people for whom the State did not give a penny, but now offers millions of their heads, become enemies of the state are unknown people who were formed in the streets and learned the mechanism of corruption that "code" under which governs our society, assimilated it and the fact that had nothing left to lose, they also lost the fear of death, that with the state scares us much to go by submitting and becoming labor cheap (slave). So much so that entire communities that protect and give their lives for them against the Mexican army. Gradually these groups are "sovereign" because the people will begin to see and treat as legitimate governments. As these groups have even led to citizen choice of "executions" since you ask society what you have to run a public official to be corrupt? And like it or not, even if the incumbent does not want to accept, this is also democracy. So we must ask whether or not the Mexican State is winning the war against organized crime or how long he lost.

Libraries, bars, schools, parks and all types of public area will be ideal place for commercial activity and all the people's sovereignty.
