Sufragio en peligro; no reelección

Hace cien años se pronuncio un grito de reclamo al gobierno dictador de Porfirio Díaz; el de un solo hombre que al darse cuenta de que las elecciones no resolvían la miseria y la decadencia de su sector social, termino por tomar las armas. Sin embargo, su baladro profería –“¡Sufragio efectivo; no reelección!”-; grito que unió al pueblo mexicano. Lamentablemente la sangre derramada por él y millones de campesinos, fue una alternativa estéril. Pues desde el congreso actual de nuestra nación; la derecha PAN-PRI en contubernio con seudo-izquierdistas pisotean la sangre estampada en nuestras tierras mexicanas. Ya se escuchan las cadenas del sufrimiento de aquellas ánimas traicionadas por sus descendientes, esos que expresan discursos de repudio al neoliberalismo imperialista; eso que hablan como pobres, pero que visten y calzan como ricos.

Traidores a la lucha social y de clases; pues en sus recintos legislativos disfrutan de refrigeradores repletos de manjares. Pisos alfombrados de pies original, mesas de billar y de boliche; todo tipo de placeres y manjares para mantener en relajación las mentes baluarte del intelectualismo legislativo. Esas a las que se les ocurren excelsas reformas impresionantemente esclavistas del obrero, solapadóras del hampa, libertadoras de secuestradores, premiadoras del narcotráfico o de superficialidad resolutiva de las problemáticas sociales, recaudadoras de impuestos “fantasías” donde solo falta que se cobre por respirar o vivir, pues ya cobran por el derecho de nacer. Y hoy, esta escoria de la que está enfadado el pueblo; pretende perpetuarse en el congreso de la unión, asestándole un tiro de muerte al precepto de “NO REELECIÓN”.

Hoy le quieren ver la cara al mexicano, con su tan cacaraqueada “reforma política”; en donde los legisladores expresan que se le dará libertad al ciudadano sin partido para que pueda registrarse en los procesos electorales y tenga el llano derecho de ser votado. Me refiero a las candidaturas ciudadanas, que no son mas que bazofia, un engaño, un segundo candidato del sector empresarial y a la ves una puerta al narcotráfico, por su solvencia económica de estos sectores y las facilidades para financiar. Pues lo que no establecieron en la reforma, estos mequetrefes (como les llamaría el jefe Diego) legisladores; es sobre el presupuesto de los candidatos independientes. Para poder hablar verdaderamente de candidaturas ciudadanas; el IFE debe de asignarle un presupuesto al candidato ciudadano similar al del PAN o del PRI, para que exista igualdad de competencia, con sus respectivos tiempos en radio y televisión y solo entonces podríamos hablar de una reforma política real y no de un aborto legislativo.Ante el advenimiento del proceso electoral 2012 en México; muy pronto aparecerán en nuestros medios de desinformación masiva, algunas encuestadoras de “prestigio”. Buscando y estableciendo ciertas estadísticas de popularidad de los aspirantes presidenciales y trataran de imponerle al electorado el mensaje subliminal de –“¡los números no mienten!”-; para que llegado el momento de definir el voto, se conviertan en juez y parte, en esta elección; pretendiendo manipular la voluntad del votante. Lo que pone en riesgo a la nación, pues los comicios del 2012 tienen una gran importancia para la sociedad en general. En más; existen grupos subversivos que están esperando el resultado de esa elección para levantarse en armas o descansar y encuestadoras como Mitofsky ponen en riesgo la paz social. Por lo tanto; se les debe de prohibir que viertan alguna opinión, hasta que el proceso concluya por sí solo. Así como reformas electorales donde se sancione al electorado que ofrezca su voto.

Hay algunos intelectuales que apoyan la iniciativa de reelección legislativa; pues según éstos, gracias a esa medida se consolidaran grandes avances en las reformas que se “necesitan” para sacar al país adelante y que de lo contrario, cuando entran personas nuevas, el trabajo legislativo comienza de cero. Lo que realmente escondes estos ilustres es que la verdadera razón por la que se pretende perpetuar al legislador, es para tener un congreso de mercenario o mercader del derecho y la justicia; que ya tienen mucha experiencia y poco corazón para vender a la patria. Hombres y mujeres cuyo voto en el parlamento ya tiene signo de pesos y la entrada de jóvenes talentos, tan solo atrae retrasos a los temas de esclavitud obrera y privatización. Pues tanto el PRI como el PAN, por tal de ganar la presidencia; están entregándole al empresario la cabeza del obrero para obtener de ellos su respaldo económico y electoral.

Y los jóvenes ¿Cuándo llegaran al poder? ¡Cuando tengan canas y cuenten con la tarjeta del INSEN! (anciano). Durante los recientes procesos electorales pude observar que cientos de jóvenes ya no hacen política por hobby sino en busca de crecimiento y ante esa demanda, el Estado lo único que les a dado es una Secretaria de la Juventud (SEJUVE) pero simplemente para estancarles, mas no para que se desarrollen y demuestren sus capacidades. Pues de hecho; los espacios establecidos por la ley electoral para la juventud, en muchos institutos políticos se les otorgan a los hijos de los políticos más “destacados” o damas que tuvieron que abandonar el pudor. Esos dinosaurios políticos; no contentos con robarles el espacio a las juventudes, ahora pretenden llevar la reelección al grado de alcandías municipales; si se les permiten estas “deformaciones” legislativas, muy pronto regresaremos al porfiriato; donde se perpetuaba el gran dictador presidencial. O en su defecto, hasta que las juventudes se harten de ser utilizadas; abandonen definitoriamente los procesos electorales, destruyan sus credenciales electorales y tomen las armas.
