Monopolios y Polipolios; Degeneraciones del Capitalismo

Aun cuando la ley prohíbe algunas prácticas empresariales; tales como los monopolios, en el caso de México; esta se establece en su artículo 28 constitucional de su carta magna. Así como en muchas otras constituciones del mundo; los adictos al capital, siempre están en constante metamorfosis. Pero el elemento que los solapa es la falta de carácter y tolerancia de gobiernos en contubernio con un sistema judicial en estado de indiferencia; porque no existe una norma que lo obligue a perseguir de “oficio” todos aquellos actos monopólicos en contra de la constitucionalidad del país. Gracias a esta condición social, es que las naciones viven en anarquía, en Estados fallidos.

Hoy, la nueva forma de los monopolios se fundamenta en la divisibilidad empresarial. Es decir; que un solo empresario, divide sus riquezas en dos o mas empresas. Algunos contratan los servicios de algún presta nombre y esto con la finalidad de saltearse las leyes. Simula competir comercialmente contra otra “empresa” (que es la suya), simulando dar ofertas o mejores precios al consumidor. Pero la realidad es que este juego le permite manipular los precios y con ello adquirir las jugosas ganancias. Pero cuando le sale otra empresa al paso; que atenta en contra de sus intereses comerciales y financieros, una de las primeras medidas que ejecuta el empresario, es la de comprar la herramienta de producción de la competencia.

Pero eso sí, a un precio que no merme su economía y en muchas ocasiones, busca imponer el valor del inmueble de trabajo; sin importarle que para ello tenga que utilizar las armas y derramar sangre. En algunas ocasiones, compra a la otra empresa con la única finalidad de desmantelarla y venderla por partes, pero en otras; la utiliza para seguir simulando el juego de la “competencia” mercantil o comercial. Llega a mi mente la guerra que sostienen las “gaseras a domicilio” contra las “auto-gaseras”. Pero primero hay que establecer la diferencia entre ambas; la primera es aquella que mediante a sus unidades móviles, llevan al domicilio el producto no renovable a través del intercambio de cilindros.

Todo esto sin la necesidad de salir de casa; mientras que la segunda modalidad es que el necesitado del insumo se traslade al local donde le puedan rellenar el cilindro y de allí, nuevamente a casa. Claro esta que esta medida puede generar un gasto mayor si el consumidor no cuenta con vehículo; por lo que se genera el gasto extra de trasportación. Sin embargo, este mecanismo fue todo un “bum” en el puerto, pues se convirtió en el mecanismo mas implementado. Pero ¿Por qué razón una persona se atrevería a utilizar un mecanismo que le costara un extra? Resulta ser que las cuatro “gaseras a domicilio”, (todas de la misma familia) independientemente de que estuvieran de acuerdo en el precio del producto.

Entregaban cilindros ordeñados; lo que mermaba el bolsillo del pueblo y estos ante la observancia de beneficios como el rendimiento mensual de los cilindros y el pagar una cantidad determinada por los litros que quisieran; automáticamente se volcaron sobre los autoservicios. Pero las “gaseras a domicilio” no vieron sus errores. Y aquí es donde mostro el multipolio una nueva mascara para velar por sus intereses. Aprovechando que de manera irónica, los autoservicios no son del todo, el agrado de la sociedad; pero no por el servicio que prestan, sino por las zonas geográficas en donde se establecen (escuelas, iglesias) las gaseras en contubernio con el Estado, desataron una guerra contra las adversarias simulando ser “sociedad civil”.

Colocando sellos de “clausurado” pero destapándose al resguardar los locales con camionetas repartidoras que ofrecen el servicio hasta con la fuerza a todo aquel usuario que intenta llenar su tanque. ¿Dónde queda la libre competencia y la libertad de decisión del usufructuario? Otra de las diabluras que hacen los consorcios para secuestrar el bolcillo de los consumidores es el “pacto importe”. Es decir, que ambas empresas acuerdan el mismo precio sobre un articulo de consumo, con el compromiso de que por cualquiera por la que se decida el cliente, la menos afortunada tenga cuando menos un cierto porcentaje.

Tal es el caso de las farmacéuticas en México que le distribuyen el medicamento al IMSS o al ISSSTE. La otra modalidad es la de declararse en quiebra como lo hizo “Mexicana de Aviación” para que “Aeroméxico” la adquiera y así poder monopolizar la aviación en el país. Es por ello que quienes intentan invertir como PC Capital para la recuperación, salen del contrato; ahuyentados por el corporativo internacional global de la aviación, encabezado por los norteamericanos. Y a pesar de que en México, los inversionistas están protegidos bajo sociedad anónima de capital variable (S.A. de C.V.), el Estado mexicano sigue solapando al neoliberalismo imperialista.

Qué decir de la guerra sostenida entre monopolios como Telmex y Televisa-TV Azteca; ambos bandos tienen muchos crímenes que ocultar; ante los excesivos cobros por sus servicios, reflejándose en un robo para los usuarios aun cuando hoy traten de curarse en Salud. Lo que realmente hace falta para contrarrestar estas degeneraciones capitalistas son sanciones pecuniarias mucho mas seberas como del 30% de sus ganancias anuales; acompañadas de órganos que regulen, persiga de oficio y vigilen el cumplimiento de la ley; que donde se compruebe el delito o se presuma, se castigue con todo el rigor de la misma. No como la PROFECO que simplemente simula estar del lado del consumidor.
